Week 74

This appointment was going to be de-bonding (top brace coming off). 

He looked and said it could come off. 

Then I mentioned a concern I've been having. My upper number 4 teeth are lowish and when I smile you can see a lot of my gum.

This is something that I was very self concoius about. And I was worried it would still be the same after I had my brace off. And that the whole process would had been for nothing. Kinda silly but I asked my orthodontist if there was anything to be done?

He looked around. Made me do this odd thing with my teeth bit together then slide the bottom jaw to each side. Odd indeed!

He finally said he could move those teeth up a mile metre. So that's what's going on at present. 

He also told me that he doesn't want any of the other teeth to move while he does this do put like 3 braces in one on my teeth this time. Is the most exciting get up I've had on my teeth so far!

So I am booked in for 4 weeks time :) August 2014. Hehe. Excited!!!!!!! Bring on my last appointment!! Woop.

Bad news is with all these new bits of wire etc I've been having a few issues with ulcers and the wires rubbing on the lips. I thought I was all done with that jazz! Might have to dig out the old wax. Ha.
